Just about every coffee house serves mocha – usually a latte with added chocolate powder or syrup. This flavor mix has been around for centuries. We love mochas. Mochas are delicious. But a plain, everyday mocha is not something that will help you stand out in the crowded coffee house market.

Frozenta’s white chocolate and caramel sauces take mochas from ho-hum to humdinger!  The extra depth of buttery white chocolate and caramel meld with fresh espresso and whole milk in a uniquely mouthwatering blended frozen beverage.

How to Make a Frozenta White Chocolate Caramel Mocha


Regular 16-oz.

Large 24-oz.

Frozenta Polar Powder

2 red scoops

2 white scoops

Cold Whole Milk

3 oz.

5 oz.

Espresso – hot or cold

3 oz.

5 oz.

Frozenta Signature White Chocolate Sauce

1 oz.

1 ½ oz.


1 full regular cup

1 full large cup

Frozenta Caramel Sauce

1 oz.

1.5 oz.


Directions: Blend Polar Powder, Milk, Espresso, White Chocolate Sauce and Ice together until smooth. Swirl caramel sauce around inside of cup, and then pour blended drink inside. Top with fresh whipped cream and artistic caramel swirls.
